WHAT IS GARBHASANSKAR?

Garbhasanskar, meaning “education in the womb,” is an ancient Ayurvedic practice designed to nurture the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of both mother and baby during pregnancy. THE TREATMENT INVOLVES:

  1. Consultation & Counselling: This session gives insights to both the couple and the physician on the present health status of the couple and helps the doctor plan the upcoming treatment plan.

  2. Nutritional Guidance: Receive trimester-specific Ayurvedic dietary recommendations that focus on nourishing both mother and child. 

  3. Yoga and Pranayama: Tailored yoga asanas and breathing exercises to improve flexibility, strengthen muscles, and enhance oxygen supply to the fetus. 

  4. Meditation and Womb Communication: Guided meditative sessions involve Dharana (focus), Dhyana (concentration), and womb-talking techniques to establish a deep emotional connection with the baby.

  5. Music Therapy: Engage in live classical music, mantra chanting (optional), to create a serene and positive environment to reduce maternal anxiety and positively influence fetal brain development.

  6. Mantra Chikitsa (optional): Learn specific Sanskrit mantras designed to create positive vibrations that promote calmness and mental clarity, benefiting both mother and baby.
