Core Responsibilities
​
1. Program Design & Management
​
-
Design and structure healthcare programs (prenatal, fertility, wellness) in collaboration with clinical leads
-
Convert clinical concepts into week by week plans, SOPs, workflows, and care pathways
-
Update programs based on feedback, outcomes, and research insights
2. Operations & Scheduling
​
-
Plan and manage schedules for consultations, classes, follow ups, and group sessions
-
Coordinate between clinicians, patients, and support teams
-
Ensure smooth daily operations of programs without last-minute chaos
-
Track attendance, adherence, and completion of program components
3. Research & Knowledge Support
​

Conduct literature reviews relevant to fertility, prenatal care, mental health, nutrition, and public health
-
Maintain structured documentation of research references and clinical logic
4. Documentation & Systems

Develop and maintain SOPs, internal manuals, training documents, and patient-facing materials
-
Organize digital records, templates, and workflows
Academic Qualifications

Mandatory

Master of Public Health (MPH)

MSc Public Health

MBA in Healthcare / Hospital Management

Strongly Preferred

​BAMS / BDS / BHMS with additional public health, research, or management training

Specialization in Maternal & Child Health, Health Systems, or Epidemiology

Formal research methods or biostatistics training

Thesis or dissertation experience
