Core Responsibilities
1. Program Design & Management
-
Assistance in design of healthcare programs (prenatal, fertility, wellness) in collaboration with clinical leads

Update programs based on feedback, outcomes, and research insights
2. Operations & Scheduling
-
Plan and manage schedules for consultations, classes, follow ups, and group sessions

Coordinate between clinicians, patients, and support teams
-
Ensure smooth daily operations of programs without last-minute chaos
-
Track attendance, adherence, and completion of program components
