About the Role

Prajayini Fertility and Wellness is seeking a qualified BAMS doctor specialized in Prasuti Tantra & Stri Roga to support the clinical design, development, documentation, and refinement of Ayurvedic treatment protocols for reproductive and maternal health programs.

The consultant will work on a requirement basis to design and improve structured, evidence-informed,

 

Ayurvedic protocols for:

• Infertility management

• Preconception care

• Garbhasanskar / prenatal care

• Postnatal recovery and wellness

• Women’s reproductive health optimization

The position is ideal for a doctor interested in protocol design, Ayurvedic clinical systems, documentation, and reproductive health innovation.

​Core Responsibilities​

1. Treatment Protocol Design & Development

• Design structured Ayurvedic treatment protocols for:

  • Female infertility

  • Male infertility (supportive reproductive wellness perspective)

  • Preconception programs

  • Prenatal wellness programs

  • Postnatal recovery programs

  • Menstrual and reproductive health concerns

• Assist in developing personalized and standardized treatment pathways.

• Develop phase-wise intervention models where required (assessment, detoxification, correction, rejuvenation, maintenance, etc.).

• Recommend Ayurvedic medicines, procedures, diet, lifestyle, and supportive interventions aligned with patient categories and program objectives.

2. Clinical Program Development

• Assist in designing and refining Prajayini’s reproductive wellness programs.

• Support the development of treatment frameworks for specific disease conditions and fertility profiles.

• Contribute to SOP creation for reproductive healthcare workflows.

• Participate in creating treatment logic and protocol sequencing for patient journeys.

3. Documentation & Clinical Record Preparation

• Prepare and maintain detailed clinical documentation related to protocols and treatment systems.

• Create:

  • Treatment manuals

  • Protocol sheets

  • Medicine rationale documents

  • Clinical decision-support documentation

  • Treatment flow charts

  • Patient pathway frameworks

  • Program documentation and reference materials

• Ensure documentation is updated and version-controlled as protocols evolve.

4. Clinical Research & Evidence Support

• Review Ayurvedic classical references relevant to reproductive and maternal health.

• Support integration of contemporary scientific understanding where relevant.

• Help justify protocol rationale through Ayurvedic principles and clinical reasoning.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with:

  • Ayurveda doctors

  • Nutritionist

  • Psychologist

  • Program development team

  • Clinical operations team

• Provide expert inputs during program improvement discussions.

6. Quality Improvement

• Periodically review protocol effectiveness.

• Suggest improvements based on outcomes, observations, and updated evidence.

• Help standardize treatment approaches for consistency and scalability.
