About the Role
Prajayini Fertility & Wellness is seeking an experienced MS (Prasuti Tantra & Stri Roga) Ayurvedic physician with a minimum of 6 years of clinical experience to contribute in two key areas:
1. Clinical Consultations
Provide Ayurvedic consultations and treatment planning for patients enrolled in Prajayini’s reproductive health programs, including:

Female infertility

PCOS

Endometriosis

Adenomyosis

Menstrual disorders

Recurrent pregnancy loss

Preconception care

Prenatal care
-
Postpartum care
Responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive Ayurvedic assessments

Reviewing laboratory and imaging reports
-
Formulating individualized treatment plans
-
Prescribing Ayurvedic interventions
-
Monitoring patient progress through follow ups

Maintaining clinical documentation
-
Collaborating with nutritionists, psychologists, and care coordinators
2. Clinical Protocol Development
Work with the Clinical Leadership Team to develop, refine, and standardize Prajayini’s proprietary clinical protocols for reproductive healthcare.
Responsibilities include:

Developing disease frameworks and Samprapti models

Mapping Dosha, Dhatu, Agni, Ama, and Srotas involvement
-
Creating clinical decision trees and treatment pathways
-
Developing medicine selection frameworks
-
Designing Panchakarma protocols
-
Reviewing classical Ayurvedic literature and modern scientific evidence

Creating SOPs, treatment manuals, and clinical guidelines
-
Supporting research and outcome measurement initiatives
